It manifests in the rendered file. I haven't checked to really pay attention in the Preview window only because I ignore most issues there and chalk it up to performance more than codec or file compat

Any resolution to this I'm running Win10 with latest updates, Vegas 13 build 453 and BCC 9.0.2. Launch Text Window is not opening for Type on Text or Extruded Text.
