Steven, My issue is about a one sec lag of audio in front of video. I think this can be corrected by hooking up my iMac to the AJA Io via SDI. Trouble is, I dont know what to do. Unfortunately until t

Sorted! Thanks, Craig. I'm afraid I haven't used Clip Browser since March, and totally forgotten how it works. I now see all the clips. Thank you!
SDX900: Cross-hatching on images
by steven matthews 10 years ago
Hi everyone, Apologies for bringing my std-def cam to a hi-def forum, but I couldn't see where else to post. I believe there are several HPX users here who know the SDX900 inside-out & back-to-front.

Well, would you believe it! You solved it in one. My colour temp wheel was set at "A" which isn't standard temperature but a cross filter. I should have been set at "B" for standard temp. I must stop

I leave my cables dangling out of my G5 all the time. I seem to recall reading that the IEEE standard requires the connectors to be good for so many thousands of plug-unplug operations but I don't see

$3200 is a large sum. And you earned it! Recently, I sued a mobile phone operator for the return of $1.50 (they added a monthly insurance premium despite the salesperson agreeing not to). They paid me
Correcting uneven white background

I recorded a sportswoman's video message, using two lamps on a white backcloth to effect a total whiteout. Looked fine in the vf, but on capture into Avid Media Composer I see I wasn't as successful a

What version of Avid do you have If you have Media Composer just drop an Animatte effect on your footage and cut a rough matte around your person but cuts out the corners. Then open your title tool, u

Std Def: SDX 900

With an eye to purchase, I have had a good read of the Panasonic SDX900 literature. However, unlike the HDX900, I understand the SDX900 doesn't have firewire so I wonder how I get my footage out of it
