I ended up creating a nested sequence and distorting it to fit the 16x9 ratio. I wonder how much noticeable quality loss I can expect from this process. p.

Select the frame you want to export... - FILE EXPORT USING QT CONVERSION - In the SAVE window - change FORMAT to STILL IMAGE - Click on OPTIONS - choose the format That's it! p.
