your noise is not animated - try increasing the Global Scale to 10% and re-rendering, not the look you want but you can see it's not animated. It's caused by the noise being smaller than the pixels so

Actually, it's the other way around. They want to send over the keyed footage with an alpha channel. Your no.2 point is a good one though, they could send me the camera originals and a b w mask video

I would like to have some text rotate in and bounce to a stop. I don't like the way the Flip In behavior does it so I was rotating my text on the Y axis, then adding Oscillate as a Parameter Behavior.

Try changing the blend mode of the floor. If it's white, set it to multiply; if black, to add; or if 50% grey, to overlay - you can then change the blend mode of the reflection itself to compensate. -

In my opinion there is never a need to use HQ as it just makes the file sizes too large wasting disk space, and there is no benefit you could gain when transcoding 5d footage to it. I would recommend
