You can use a batch list that creates a CVS file you can import into Excel. Unfortunately, it only exports in out points, not durations. You can figure out durations using a formula to make calculatio

You said you have archival copies... Did you mean backups or auto-saves from Premiere Did you try with auto-saves Maybe you can recover your work without loosing too much...

ProRes and DnxHD are 10bits but I think that if you to go beyond 10bits image sequences are the most common way to go... I'm aware of a cineform 16bits 444 but I never used it...

At the moment I found a workaround. I use a push transition in a filler on the top of the clip I want to offset but I will check out the "kaleidoscope" effect too. Thanks a lot.

@Shane Probably there's a misunderstanding. I mean my finished edited movies, not the footage (I always archive tapes and card backups but I trash all my captured footage when a projects is finished)
