I'm running into this issue when I try to open a project that was created on another computer. The project file and all source files are on an external drive. Same version of Premiere Pro CC (2017.0.1

I believe Adobe has already updated and corrected the issue, If you are on. Mac and running Time Machine you can recover what got deleted (if anything). Use TinkerTool to display invisible files, then
