See, that's what I did with another slider. I'm just trying to avoid having to go into the position or keyframing the time. So the vertical slider is good to go. I guess what I'm trying to do is tell

I dont have a file to hand but cant use just create a null object and then use SHIFT+A to align it with the tracking points. Either that or you're looking at a script and Im afraid I cant help you the
