Waveform offset

Not for the life of me can I find in the Audition Help files how to shift a stereo waveform up about 18% so it's centered. I thought DC offset was the answer but I find this option only under Generate

Willie: it turns out my platinum moment should have been "bias" instead of "offset," i.e. I should have been working with "DC-bias" and not "DC-offset." Setting the DC Bias Adjust to 0% in Effects Amp

Not sure I understand what you want done but to re-sync your audio and video, you need only Shift + click on each track, right click either track and "Link Audio and Video," and you'll see a small box

as you might guess, camera 1 at wedding. Tape jamed on rewind in my trusty old VX1000. Appeared wound around a steel pin numerous times...had to cut tape. Camera issues aside, any advise on recovering

If mending mini-DV tape is like mending audio cassette tapes, then a procedure I've used many times successfully is to overlap the ends to be joined, cut together at a 45
