Audio clip names not appearing in Premiere Pro CC timelines?

Just upgraded to CC and none of the audio regions in my sequences have clip names in them. I can't seem to find any preference anywhere to turn them on. If I drag an audio clip from the project window

Would you buy your GY-HM700 again?

My company is moving from HDV to HD and we're looking at several cameras, including the Panasonic HVX200A and the JVC GY-HM700. I love the workflow of the 700, the form factor and the lenses. I might

I would buy this camera again in a heartbeat!! It's solid-reliable and the footage looks amazing especially on Blu-ray. The dual hot swap-able SD cards is what really does it for me. I have a great 17

Hi. I’m editing a 2 camera shoot in PPro cs5. Main camera JVC700U xdcam-ex and 2nd cam JVC200 high def video tape. I used the 2nd camera as a player to capture footage to my computer. Main Cam clips have yellow line then switch to green after render but everywhere a clip from the second camera appears there is no line of any color. I’m thinking PPro is seeing that footage different almost like DV footage with no color. I’m having jittery playback as well as encoding freezing with only this project. It seems like it’s something with the captured 2nd camera clips? Can I do that just capture footage from video tape and drop it on a timeline? I think I should be able to. Please any thoughts will help.
Thank you, Kevin

Choice Between MPEG2 and H.264 for Authoring?
by David O'Leary 11 years ago
I have SD video imported from older footage using the DVCPro50 codec at NTSC 720x480. I want to author on blu-ray using Encore CS4. Given the choice, which would you choose, H.264 or MPEG2 If H.264 is

The only downside is for Adobe users that cannot get chapter markers to carry over from thier sequence to Encore using H264
