Encoding h.264 mov or mp4 beyond 4k and 8k

We have some clients who are showing their video on huge screens and are requesting encodes at massive resolutions. The largest so far being 13600x768 and 3840x3240. We are rendering from After Effect

Just found this thread looking for a similar thread.. am working on a 25fps pal project and needed to move my video to sync less than a frame in movement. My fix: copy everything in the sequence start
