I don't use Ultra Key much, but can't you use the Mask tool within it The AE mask should show transparent in PPro, unless you have a black solid or something behind it. TC

It's still the same problem, the paint brush effects are the only elements that aren't rendering properly, the rest is fine. I used space gas and space brush presets and attached them to curves.

I should note its not just h.264 thats affected. If render out the project in the animation codec I get faint white streaks across the image.
