I'd forgotten about that, that's a good idea! Probably the quickest way to do it (combined with a keyboard shortcut for turning clip gain on off in the timeline) Thanks!

Yes that's weird I tried to recreate it but didn't get the exact same thing - A grid of 9 movs would line up perfectly as 2d layers, or as 3d layers with z set to 0, but as soon as the 3d layers were

A few general words of advice: Break big projects down into smaller, more manageable chunks. Stay organized as you go along. Do not ever, even once, put a file on your desktop. Build a folder structur

How about using a character and adding it at the end of the source text with an expression Lucida Console font that is suitable for console text has a full block character.
