How synch Mixed frame rate 24 30 with audio on timeline?

I have clips in 30 fps with some 24fps of speech from multiple cameras. The 24fps was set on camera by mistake. I have 44K audio wav from recorder. I am using app PluralEyes to synch wav to video clip

It should still sync as one second of audio is one second of audio despite video frame rate.

Most AVCHD formats don't record timecode, so FCP doesn't look for it. Each clip starts at 00:00:00:00. Some cameras do record timecode...but for some reason FCP 7 and 6 don't look for it, or don't car
