7d video glitches/pixelated shots

i shot some footage last night and half the footage turned out amazing and the other half has these weird glitches that i can't figure out...since half on the same card are fine as well as set up. it'

It was footage off a 5d at a 24 frame rate. It was converted to apple pro res codec. I suspected it being a unity issue but it was on a system that was offline and renders saved locally. I've never se
