Hi Ben, You have to crunch a lot of information, so try to set FC to do the task in the best possible conditions. I guess you just had dropped the RED footage in an NTSC DV sequence. Isn't Set your DV

Real Media files are notorious for not working in anything other then real media player, and for not being able to be converted to any other format. First check if he has them in any other format. If
