There's a force motion blur effect in AE which is pretty effective. (It may now be called Pixel Motion Blur, in which case I am just doubling Walter's suggestion.) It is pretty processor intensive tho

I used to have an FS100. On the FS700 you have to go into the visual index, select the clip and hit menu to bring up the Edit menu so you can delete the clip. The documentation is in the user manual.

It's more typical to do audio at the end, but if you need to apply the same NR to one clip then doing that up front works fine. So noise reduction, then cuts, then take one clip and make your keying,
