I just had this same problem and did a post on it above. Check out "ClipToolz V2". Worked like a charm for me.

Mark, It was definitely a scan issue. We did another outdoor event that started in the day and ended at night. During the day we could get the lines to go away by increasing the shutter speed. I'm not

I have a selection of their SDI to HDMI, HDMI to SDI,SDI DA, etc. This particular one was SDI to HDMI for a TV set. Also my Monarch HD gets really hot while recording so if there's something out there
