Ok, figured something - If I press stop to stop the capture process it asks me if I want to save the clip, then it appears in the project panel. If I just let the whole tape run to the end, then close

Double click the V2 and take the Freeze Frame from the Viewer. You can try as well un-checking the little box at the right of the video track (left of the lock icon). rafael www.nagavideo.com
