Kurt - What option did you choose for Layers With Unsupported Features in the XFL settings dialog If you chose Ignore, your .AI layers would not appear in the XFL. See the Help document that Todd link

Afraid not. Photoshop CS2 will show you a preview of the font right in the menu, but not CS, 7.0, or anything earlier. What I used to do for picking fonts is this: 1. Type the text into the document.

Not really, no. You can create multiple projects and render them out to separate AVI files, then recombine them all in one project. Doesn't really do the same thing, but achieves the same end result.

DPI is irrelevant to video. DPI is a relative measure to the real world (inches being a real-world measurement), and since your video should be displayed across the whole screen regardless of the size

You can import a Premiere project into another. That will import all the bins (delete what you don't need). You can't import single bins, nor can you export them, you just get the whole project in one
