Black Magic: Fusion 7 - (basic package released free)
by Chris Pettit 5 years ago
Black Magic continues to amaze me (cameras especially for example), getting increasingly encouraged that I'll have alternatives to AE when CS6 finally dies and I can leave Adobe in my rear view mirror

Fascinating! I'm really hoping this does all it proclaims, as I'm not keen on the whole rental scene. Guess this just may mean I can also move on over to FCPx. Sorry Adobe, 15 years but I just can't b

Premiere Pro can't actually export 708 captions

I've been messing with closed captions in PPro for far too long now, and I'm starting to come to the conclusion that it actually can't export 708 captions properly via embedding or side car file. Befo

Hi Chad, I was able to successfully export 708, though it took some rigging. Thus far, we have to import the mcc file, then right-click-- modify-- captions and changing that from 608 to 708, checking

I won a year subscription in a raffle and thought I'd try it out and see for myself. It's good...when it works. I find that it doesn't connect to their servers about 3 4's the time, which basically ha

I agree. For the first time in quite a many years, I'm not upgrading to this credit card or creative cloud or whatever. 6 does what is needed and it sucks that to get a more stable and updated version

Exporting with Media Encoder

No, you don't have to keep Pr open when using the queue. Once it's been entered in to the queue, you can close the program or open another project and work. Tim Apple XRAID, XServe, 2008 2x3 GHz Quad-
