I like h.264 (.mp4 wrapper) for the deliverable file size and playback quality. I'd shoot for a target bit rate of 12Mbps. I think the codec is pretty ubiquitous, used for most streaming purposes. Als

What John said. If you lose a bunch of work, you can try creating a new project and import your main sequence from the old project into the new project. Let us know what what works and what you come u

Who ever did that did a ton of work. Basically just 3d camera moves with everything separated out and arranged in 3d layers separated by depth.
