It saves processing time in Ae by reading the Photoshop file info. It's just one more thing Ae doesn't have to figure out.
HD frame rates

When rendering out animation that will be comped into HD footage that has a frame rate of 60 fps should I double the amout of frames I would normally render out for 30 fps ahhh.... adjusting to the HD
