Good No. Passable Maybe, depending on what you're doing in what resolution. If you need something right now then go for it. I'd personally save up and buy something better.

This has been a problem ever since the trashcan was released. It was designed to look nice but they didn't care about the cooling so it'll overheat and you get some neat artifacting because of that. Y

The format you're trying to export to requires the width and height to be divisible by two so it's automatically rounded. The best practice would be to work in a resolution that doesn't have odd value

You could try trashing your preferences. That will usually fix some snags between updates. Hold alt (windows) or option (mac os) while launching Premiere.

The shutter speed doesn't affect the way the sensor is creating the image. Which is sweeping the sensor vertically.
