I don't, but in AE, you can use Zaxwerks 3d Invigorator or Element 3d to make some really impressive 3d graphics using the GPU and in nearly real-time (depending on your GPU and scene, of course). - T

Hi Ted, I haven't tried this myself, but perhaps you can simply COPY the contents of the Blu-ray over to your hard drive, then IMPORT the video files into Premiere directly I've done this with DVDs -

I keep all eps inside one project. I then make sure I delete old versions of sequences to keep the project size down so it loads faster etc. Transcode all avchd and h.264 to ProRes for way faster load

You're wanting to switch to a faster computer for increased performance - moving data over a network connection without shared storage protocol will negate any performance advantage the newer computer
