Hey Steven, The thing that jumps out at me is that your bumper at the top with the pool table isn't nearly as well lit as what follows. The reflections and highlights in the balls don't have much life

You can set a trigger for your dynamics to start. You may have to keyframe the bottle falling, but you can then, once it falls, trigger dynamics for the bottle and the pills.

I would guess thinking particles are capable of this with the TP align to spline or follow spline xpresso nodes under the object library.

You can use Realflow to simulate liquids and dynamics. Although it is expensive, it is supposed to work well in conjunction with Cinema 4D. A free alternative is Blender 3D. It has excellent fluid sim

I have had this issue when exporting with an alpha channels to Premiere. Unless you've ruled this out already, make sure your final comp has an alpha channel as follows: at the bottom of your comp win
