Update. I did go ahead and jump on board with Mojave. So far, no problems. PPro, AE, AME all seem to be behaving same as High Sierra. I'm on trash can late 2013 Mac Pro. Apple's SMB is still an issue

If you ever find yourself in this position again, ice cubes are your friend. Have the actors suck on them before each take and it will cut back on the visible breath.

I rember having that problem once. I ended up trashing the pref. files, exporting the files and importing them into a fresh program and the popping went away

You're not being really clear in your description there Steve. But if you are asking what I think you are asking: you can change the timeline copy of the clips, but you'll have to modify them so that
