And for Auto center the anchor point on a Layer, is Ctrl-double-click (Windows) or Cmd-double-click (Mac OS) the Pan Behind tool button.

I actually sent in a Feature Request to overcome this issue. I asked for (1) a chainsaw cursor that would cut out unwanted markers quickly by just zipping across markers - sort of an automated way as
