No problem, don't worry. The only issue is that FCP 7's Log & Trans does not recognize 60p and probably the slo-mo stuff on the card or card image on the HD. All you need to do is convert the 60p foot

I would never resize scale an entire project in a FCPX or 7 time line. Why not use Compressor All settings pass-through except frame size. This is what I've been using to go from 1080p to either 720p

Also remember that FCP7 will not recognize 1080 60p. That format was not around 3-4 years ago when FCP7 came out. If you shoot 60p - just use clip wrap to make then a QT.mov file, then convert to ProR
