Down Convert to....what??

I just finished shooting a short film with a Sony HDR FX1. This was 1080i HD in the "Cineframe 24" setting.(fake 24p) Anyway, I am done with the editing and am now wondering what the best settings are

The thing that sticks out is the guy guys in the record albums. It is a great effect and well done too, but you might want to get ride of some of them. The shot with 3 guys in the same album cover mig
