Oh God I am confused about Timecode

I have media that in the "Video" column is saying it is "DVCPro HD (720p 60)" while the "Format" is "720p 23.976". The problem is that when I put a TC burn in effect, it is not displaying the sequence

As I understand it, Avid connect only works with Fusion Studio, not with the free version. Whether you believe that you can or you can't, you're absolutely right.

Michael, I agree that each shot needs tweaking. I just feel it would greatly speed up my work if I could a foundation easily applied to each instance of the same clip. Like a simple levels adjustment.
