Hi Eugeny, thanks for responding. Unfortunately Compounding doesn't work with Adjustment Layers. I guess Motion Filters are the only way, at least in 10.9. Is it any different in 10.1 Sandeep.

Close FCP and delete your render files. Then relaunch and it will rebuild your Project thumbnails.

You should avoid Xvid. Like H264 it is a delivery format, and will give you problems during your edit. I just checked out iskysoft media converter and it doesn't seem to have a ProRes output setting.
