As you both have the original footage, then you will be able to simply share the (tiny) Premiere Pro sequence files. You will both need to relink all the footage once you open the project you have jus

Yeah, I'm not totally sold on the dark colour with blue in AE. For some reason, it doesn't bother me in Premiere, but I've had to lighten the interface of AE to just over half-way to make the keyframe

Hi Tom,

How is everything going? It's been a while since we spoke.

After nearly 8 years, I left Planet PC earlier this year to take up a video producer role at the University of Leeds. My job now involved planning, filming and editing educational videos for both internal use for students and producing Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) on the Futurelearn platform.

It is really exciting for me to finally be creating video content on a day-to-day basis, and it is a very progressive setup to be involved in.

I hope everything is well with you and business is brisk!

All the best.

Hey Tom,

I work at Planet PC; you might recall we have chatted several time on the phone in the past.

I was wondering if I could pick your brains on the Blackmagic Cinema Camera. I vaguely remember reading your initial thoughts on your website soon after you obtained one. I was wondering if you still use yours regularly and how you find it?

I am thinking of getting one myself to produce some of my own work and was just wandering what you consider to be the pro's and con's of the camera. The footage I have seen looks incredible for the cost of the camera (the cost being a key consideration for me!) and I think it would probably be suitable for the 'playing around' type work I am initially looking to produce.

Although we have sold a few here, they tend to be shipped straight out, so I haven't really had chance to have a proper play with one yet.

Any thoughts you have would be greatly appreciated. I hope you're keeping busy over there!

Thanks
Sam
