You can't change the frame rate of a sequence when there is a shot in the timeline already. So just create a new sequence with the right frame rate and copy paste your shots into the new sequence. You

The FSI monitor is great and FSI is a great company. I'm not super happy with the black levels, but it's LCD so what can you do If you're grading for broadcast, there's actually a pretty good argument
