Copy or move paths with layers?

I can't find an answer to this in Creative Cow. Can you copy or move paths with the layers either in the original comp or to another image. eg I have a map of some countries each made with a path. I n

dragging it while holding the crtl key exporting paths to Illustrator and back to your other PSD imagefile

CTRL+K check if smoothing is set to 'ON' for every vector type. restart Illustrator and it should be smooth now

on mask layer you can use gradient tool and use black white or black transparant for a more even fade-in effect.
Photoshop color calibration

Something went screwy with Photoshop color profile. I have it set to RGB, but the color pallet is showing that the white Chanel is revealing pink.

if it only occurs in PS, just reset the preferences. also check file setup which Profile are you using adobe 1998 is a more common one. or copy past all layers in new document.

opening a new file using a different pixel aspect ratio should fix it as well i guess

My suggestion: 0) Adjust image with Levels to make the blacks fully black and whites fully white 1) Duplicate layer 2) Invert duplicated layer 3) Set duplicated layer to lighten blend mode 4) Apply Mi
