Fixed it! While I was gone last month someone changed the "Playback Frame Rate" to Half. Sometimes it's the simple things. Thanks for the tips Shane.

I'm assuming you're referring to a consumer DVD-Video format, correct Why not rip the DVD directly in your system Try the free app Handbrake. Choose the highest available file export quality. I prefer
