I have footage that needs to be smoothed out, so I ran Warp Stabilizer VFX and in a bit had nice, smooth camera motion. However, I also needed to place 3d objects within my scene, so I needed to run t

Workaround for QuickTime Renders in AE CC 2018?
by Ron Moore 12 months ago
We're not pleased with Adobe's phasing out of QuickTime codec's, apparently because of vulnerabilities. I can no longer render out a .mov video from After Effects using the Animation codec and save an

Thanks to all who replied and set me straight on the limitations of the Animation codec and benefits of the alternatives. I can definitely say I've learned something today!

Well I've heard some good things about it, but my reservations are centered more around whether my system can handle much of an upgrade, or whether I need to consider building for the future and start
Trouble With Refine Edge Tool in Photoshop CC 2015

Whenever I attempt to select hair using this brush, instead of making a very fine selection it cuts too far into the hair resulting in far too much of it being transparent. Any suggestions I've seen t

No, that button was not activated. Just seems it picks a random distance out along the timeline (at least two minutes past my audio up to that point) and plunks down my selected audio from the Edit Vi

I'd go the shape layer route. Draw a line with the pen tool, add trim paths, and you're done! Ok, maybe not quite; you can spice it up of course, but that's the basic idea.

Thanks for the great info! It'd be nice to have a one-click solution in Premiere for video and audio time-fit simultaneously, but I guess that's for a future upgrade. I'm just glad to have the Creativ
Using blueprints with Spline Patch 2.5 & Cinema 4D

Optimun Workflow from Cinema 4D through Premiere Pro

I'm needing to fly through a field of plaques and awards and have already tried Particular in AE but think maybe using a multishader in MoGraph might give me more control of the swarm of images. Not sure how to setup this sort of display.

I'm looking to create detail on a long, curved section of an architectural model made from a spline. I need to have several horizontal grooves in the span and maybe 25 evenly-spaced vertical grooves. I tried placing a bump map in the texture but couldn't get the pattern to repeat nearly enough times over the full span. Using the knife tool is hit and miss since I can't get exact spacing of 25 different vertical cuts (actually 50 parallel cuts) since I'd need to extrude each cut out somewhat. There must be a better way.
