And to make things slightly odder, although I have 2 different frame sizes within PPro, if I look at the files in the Finder, I have 1280x480, 720x480, and 872x480. My project only says 873x480 and 72

Thanks for those suggestions Ty! I'll try those and see what happens. For now, I just unplugged antenna "A" and it seems to be helping. Perhaps that distance between the antennae was causing an RF ref

Effect A isn't a freeze. It's just slow motion. If you watch carefully, the sail and waves are all still moving. In real time, that big splash just happened rather quickly, hence why when slowed down,

That's why people hire college students to do this type of work. They don't want to pay for experienced videographers. They just want their meeting recorded. Would I prefer they pay a professional $50
