Switching Hard drives

The hard drive with my FCP Events on it, is acting funny....I'm afraid that it may give up the ghost at some time soon, So I'm planning on transferring all the files on that drive to a new hard drive.

FCPX titles slow to render

I guess I should go back to shooting with a B & W viewfinder like I did with my first BetaCam. It just seemed odd that the flip out LCD screen looks so nice but the viewfinder has a yellow cast to it.

No it's not normal. Check the settings on your transcode software, or FCP. Are the files out of sync in the raw file Can u play the raw mov files ok Alf
