AVCHD is a shitty non-optimized codec that somehow still exists. It's pretty much the only codec I would transcode these days.

I had the same problem. A client sent a omf exported from CS5 and i had to import the file in Soundtrack (no problem here) and export the tracks as an audio file. The problem is only from CS5 to ProTo
