FYI (many years later, but ) I tried the suggestion of dropping the audio sample rate to 32,000, but it had no corrective effect on the audio sync issue that I, too, am having though it's on version 1

Highlight the vid track (or audio track either one) hit the "U" button-that will "unlock the 2 tracks. Then highlight just the video clip you want to split PRESTO! it's split and the audio isn't. Dele

I had a similar situation where I had to remove an tiny insect on the lens. I approached it a bit differently. I duplicated the video track and put a mask around a good part of the area to the right (

I spent several hours yesterday going through a client's raw footage, using Markers and Regions via the trimmer window to label segments by topic. I saved and exited the Vegas file, as I normally do.

You can do several things. 1. If you use "preview auto" those names will be large. If you use "preview half" the names will become much smaller. 2. Before you create the multitrack, name the track. I
