From the Project box, PPro is interpreting the clip at its native 120FPS. On the PPro timeline where its edited into, I had the clip's 'Speed duration' setting changed, so I put that back to its norma

tiff is just an image format. slog is just a gamma curve. anything lossless compressed should be fine. even 8 bit as your camera is only 8 bit. the thing is, if you do any de-grain denoise, you'll nee

Set your project settings and timeline settings to 1080. There isn't much need to "work" at 4k, unless you come across some shot that you are trying to pull a secondary on, and it just isn't working a

just set zebra slog2 for 70 ire for skin either off talent or from 18% grey card, then back off a little. skin should fall between 50-80 ire with no noise as it slightly overexposes 2-3 stops to match
