Be sure to save your project files with the editors initials the date and version number . When sharing sequences always duplicate the sequence and make changes to the copy so you can easily reference

Here's what I do. Try keeping your current settings. Export using compressor. Under settings go to Other Work Flows. Go to Web. Go to streaming. Go to Qucktime 7 compatible. Select H264 LAN Streaming.
