There is no way to isolate the left and right image image though Cineform unless Cineform itself was used "muxed" or create it. My best recommendation is use Dashwood plugins. You may have to get a ma

I suggest you convert the material first to PRORES using compressor. As of the latest version, FCP does not handle h264 formats very well.
