Hello Don, as per your saying can we simply put it like making a .mov file from my edited master, and it will be superior to h.264 and mpeg 2, in terms of quality and future edit friendly....

You can always get a handy free program called MEDIA INFO.. just drag any file into it and it gives you all the media info.

If we compare, Panasonic HVX 200 with color space 4.2.2 and 100mbps recording, with EX3 4.2.0 and 35 mbps reording. Which will give us better visual treat....
