I have never used pluraleyes with any custom made easy setup. why don't you try it the basic way. Just select prores easy setup with frame rate of 23.98 and then quickly do a syncing trial with plural

Even with QT 7 you will still notice a gamma shift Pradip. The gamma filter in Compressor will allow you to make slight compensation adjustments, just be sure to use it lightly as a little adjustment
