Can be done with either mocha AE or mocha Pro but will require "paint or clone" to actually create some frames with the mic removed. If you are using mocha AE, I would recommend looking into the Mocha
Blur problem

I have been adding blur to peoples faces for a reality TV show and I find sometimes I accidentally nudge a bunch of my blurs somehow so they all become offset. All the keyframes are all in the correct

Thanks heaps for you responses. Sean, I am going to try integrate your suggestions into my workflow. The head Avid person here thinks the Avid I am on might just be glitchy, maybe that is the case.

Hi there I am rendering a 50 frame sequence 1920 HD. When I ram preview this is looks clean and fine but when I render it and watch it back the images come out distorted like they have a weird ripple

How embarrassing, I found the problem. I had turned on frame blending and motion blur on some layers but then turned it on in the comp. So it was previewing without it but rendering with it.
