You dont say what your micing was. If the main dialogue you want is on 1 track and the other annoying dialogue is on the other, then its an easy fix on the faders. If its all mixed then you are in big

I think youll need 2 cables 1 FROM the audio mixer TO the mac, and 1 from the mac to mixer. Additionally, the reason you only have mic input available in mac system prefs sound, is that you dont have

use the clip audio mix tools (NOT track audio mix tool) in Prem pro to pan the stereo material hard left and hard right. same for the mono material but pan this centre. Balance the levels on the fader
