What source material What output format I just did a test render in 12b4 today and it worked for me (on a nMP OSX 10.10.3). 99% of what I do is always single clip.

I don't disagree with your sentiments, but you're basically telling DaVinci to make Resolve into Baselight (8 out of the 9 things you mentioned are descriptions of specific Baselight features).That's

I worked it out, My files didn't have the (.mov) suffix in the file names under the Finder. My batch export from FCP didn't create files with a suffix. So i had to add this to the file name for Resolv
