When trying to stitch together multiple .mts files that were broken up due to long recordings, (over 4.1 gigs) there remains a gap of approx 15 audio frames and 1 single video frame with missing audio

+1 for ClipWrap. Just use the re-wrap option, and select the AVCHD folder for the input. It will create a single output file from all of the input segments.

When its the last frame, cut it. Stretch this 1 frame clip with stretch tool to desired length. Right click on this stretched frame and check Hold Frame. Set it to inpoint. Done ----------------------

In FCP7 you can't import these clips directly and in Adobe Premiere you can. Did FCP X fix this problem or do you still have to go through this process I film 60p footage on these cameras: Panasonic T

It would be nice, but I'm not expecting any updates to FCP 7 now that FCP X is out. Clipwrap works ok, just a different workflow and the small expense of buying it. Please post back if you find out an

Avid is also offering a promo for folks switching from FCP. Both the Adobe and Avid promos expire the end of September. So I'm waiting a bit. If you use Photoshop or Illustrator, the Adobe Production

I really like Win 7 and run it on the mac using VMware Fusion. But I really don't see a long term future for the Mac Pro, given Apple's track record of killing products that don't have a large appeal.

I have run into a different issue with Multiclip in FCP 7 when trying to include and aif audio track. The scenario is a church service recorded from 3 cameras and audio recorded on a separate device.
