Are you using compressor If so, with a 720x480 you shouldn't really need to go any higher than 6000-8000kbps. Click the video settings tab & enter what you want for kbps. Test it out see what you thin

I just tried that exporting a 5 minute video each in different bitrate under H.264 codec. heres my result. bitrate 500 = 93,024kb bitrate 1000 = 93,024kb bitrate 5000 = 93,024kb bitrate 20,000 = 93,02

Everytime I export my video to .avi, the video comes out between 5gig to 7gig. This is under DV NTSC codec. What can I do to limit it to 4gig so I can put it into a DVD as data disk

Or use a double layer DVD, so that u can record up to 8Gb worth data...But ur DVD writer should have have a double layer write facility.

What you are describing is the like of a Warm Pro Mist filter. Tiffen has a similar plugin. I know the 1.0 version worked with Premiere, but I'm not sure about 2.0. It does work with After Effects, ..
